Iowa Hawkeye Wide Receiver, Reece Vander Zee, recently spent a day with his family refurbishing wheelchairs at the Hope Haven International Ministries (HHIM) workshop in Rock Valley.
This Giving Tuesday, help Hope Haven residents rebuild after flood damage. A $3,000 matching gift makes your donation go even further.
Donate new or used wheelchairs and mobility aids to HHIM's regional collection drive with Karl's TV Audio Appliances, November 1 to December 31.
The Heerde family's $2.5 million farm estate gift is one of the largest donations of its kind in Iowa, growing Hope Haven's endowment fund.
Hope Haven is launching a new project in 2024 to help individuals manage their stress levels using a smartwatch app, a mobile app, and a dashboard. This particular smartwatch, also called a wearable, measures the individual’s stress levels.
Through his Pioneer dealership, Lonneman can earn matching funds up to $3,000 based on his annual sales totals as part of the company’s Pacesetters program. This resulted in a donation totaling $5,512.
