Direct Support Professional
We are currently looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to help support our clients and team members. DSPs provide support to our clients based on their individual goals, which always include making sure their physical, mental, emotional, and social needs are met. Whether this is your first job or a career change, you’ll find Hope Haven’s Direct Support Professional position is a great way for you to get started in the field of Human Services. You’ll start each day with the intention to make a profound and positive difference, and you’ll end each day doing exactly that. We offer flexible scheduling with a variety of shifts available including daytime, evenings, overnights, and every other weekend.
Hope Haven Job Coaches help our clients develop and use specific job and work skills to fulfill their potential. In this vital role, Job Coaches guide people of various abilities in finding ways to become active members of the community. We are looking for Job Coaches to empower our clients with independent life skills. This position includes nights and weekends. As a Job Coach, you’ll show clients how they can apply their natural gifts and talents to their work responsibilities, and you’ll help them develop the social and job-related skills necessary to navigate the workplace.
This position helps train, support, assist, and empower our employees. Our Leads are our community leaders and wear many hats. They supervise. They guide. They wrangle paperwork and schedules and client meetings. They train, coach, and support a team of exceptional people. They start each day with the intention to make a profound and positive difference, and they end each day doing just that in the lives of their employees and the lives of the people we serve at Hope Haven.
