Our Initatives
“At any given time, Hope Haven is in the midst of strategic initiatives. Each year, we select a “thematic goal” that is our top annual priority. Recent thematic goals have included efforts to be an employer of choice and to support a safe, high quality of life through Covid-19. Some of our departments do their own thematic goals. For instance, our spiritual support department recently spent the year focused on spiritual support staff training. It’s always interesting to see how these simple goals involve multiple facets of success. We also operate under a strategic plan that refreshes every three years. Our current plan started on July, 2022, with three areas of focus, as you can see below. I’m proud of the work we’ve accomplished, and we continue to make progress in crucial matters affecting our world." - Hope Haven CEO, Matt Buley
