Meet Shannon! Shannon is a Community Living Supervisor and has worked at Hope Haven in George for 2 years and 8 months.

When asked what she loves about her job, Shannon explained, “I am able to make a difference in people’s lives. I get to help others see their full potential and support them in reaching their goals. I love building relationships and earning the trust of the individuals we serve.”

Shannon’s advice to anyone joining the Hope Haven team is, “Stay positive and compassionate, and you will learn how amazing our individuals are.”

She describes herself as positive, energetic, and outgoing! One thing you might not know about her is that she loves owls of all shapes, sizes, and colors. Shannon enjoys being outdoors, hiking, fishing, reading, and playing cards and board games with her family.
