Meet Frankie! Frankie is a Community Living Supervisor and has worked at Hope Haven for 7 years.

When asked why she loves working at Hope Haven, she explained, “I love coming to work and making a difference, even if it’s a small one.” She encouraged anyone joining the Hope Haven team to, “Know your limits. It’s okay to ask questions, be creative, and love what you do.”

Frankie connects with Hope Haven’s core value of “accountable” because, “I’m not only accountable to myself and my family, but as well, I’m accountable with my staff and clients.”

Frankie describes herself as determined, organized, and self-motivated. A fun fact about her is that she is crafty and enjoys crocheting, making pens, and doing her nails!
