Meet Breanna! Breanna has been a DSP in LeMars for over two years.

When asked what her favorite thing about the Hope Haven team is, she explained, “The team is understanding, and we all do our best to come up with solutions to work together. We are constantly working on ideas to improve. I feel like Hope Haven gives us the same respect as they do to the clients, and to feel cared for within a company feels great.”

Breanna explained her growth at Hope Haven by saying ” I started working here during the pandemic at a time where no one was hiring. Hope Haven was there to support me the whole time when it felt like the rest of the world was completely shut down. I am not perfect, and I still have a lot to learn, but I am so proud of how much I have grown within this company. I have traveled within my job and met so many people who have also helped me along the way. I am now able to walk into my job and feel confident.”

Breanna describes herself as honest, caring, and non-judgmental, and a fun fact about Breanna is that she has a daughter named Milllie!
