Estherville and Spirit Lake My Day programs prepared chili and decorated a booth for the University of Okoboji’s Winter Games Chili Cook Off! This event was held on Friday January 28th in Spirit Lake. We served 20 gallons of chili to the community. The theme this year was “Game Show” and our staff decorated their booth as “The Price is Right”.
