"At any given time, Hope Haven is in the midst of strategic initiatives. Each year, we select a "thematic goal" that is our top annual priority. Currently, that goal is "become a better workplace" and we have teams working on the focus areas of that goal. We also operate under a Strategic Plan that refreshes every three years. Our current plan started in July, 2019 with six areas of focus, as you can see below. Worldwide Impact
Over 50 years ago, Hope Haven opened its doors as a school for children with disabilities in Rock Valley, Iowa. Currently, services are available in over 15 communities in the Midwest, and we’ve delivered 130,000+ wheelchairs to those in need around the globe.
