Eight-year-old Jose Miguel has a diagnosis of Osteogenesis Imperfecta (Brittle Bone Disease). This disease results in fragile bones that break easily. Because of this Jose has suffered multiple fractures in his young life. Jose’s family could not financially provide a wheelchair for him so he previously was carried around by family members. His mother Silvia says “Thank you Hope Haven for donating us a pediatric wheelchair. Now we can take Jose anywhere and he feels more comfortable which favors his health a lot may God bless Hope Haven so much for his work in Guatemala which is priceless. Infinitely grateful to you.”
