Meet Courtney! Courtney has been a Service Coordinator at Hope Haven for 9 years at the Estherville location!

When asked why she loves her job at Hope Haven, she said, “I love that every day is different and a chance to help make a positive difference.” Courtney’s favorite thing about the Hope Haven team is, “At Hope Haven, there is a wide array of team members with various talents and contributions who are eager to help and provide resources in any situation.”

Courtney describes the best benefit of working at Hope Haven is the rewards of getting to see those we serve achieve their dreams and goals. I am continually growing and learning every day, along with my clients. I am proud to work at Hope Haven and to be a part of such a great team!
