Between July 22 and August 8 the Hope Haven Spiritual Support department hosted three Spiritual Retreats for 19 youth from Rock Valley Orange City and Storm Lake.   Due to COVID-19 the retreats were restructured and hosted at parks to allow for proper social distancing. The retreat theme was “Jesus Offers Living Water”. The retreat consisted of talking about stories in the Bible where water was part of Jesus’ teaching. There were also water related games throughout the events including water filled sponges targets (sometimes people!) and squirt bottles.
