VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Organize a collection drive and find treasures: Attics and basements hold hidden treasures - wheelchairs and other equipment that is desperately needed around the world! Kits are available to assist you in organizing and publicizing a collection drive. Contact Marlowe for PR Kits at mvangink@hopehaven.org.
Help with Fundraising Events and Activities: The Support Foundation holds several fundraising events throughout the year and has volunteer committees for each event. Also, there are annual mailings that require volunteers to help package the envelopes. Volunteer around the globe and deliver hope: If you are committed to proclaiming God's love to the poor in another culture, you are welcome to join an HHIM wheelchair distribution team. All are welcome. HHIM teams also need doctors and nurses, physical and occupational therapists, wheelchair seating specialists, and language translators. Volunteers pay their own expenses or raise support from home churches, family and friends while arrangements are coordinated by HHIM staff.
