Hope Haven Trail Rides
July 22, Sept 6, & Spring 2009
|
Away with just one Annual Trail Ride! Hope Haven will be hosting three upcoming Trail Rides, so mark them on your calendar!
A special, Triple H Club Member ride will be July 22nd beginning at 6 PM at Newton Hills State Park. The ride will be followed by a cookout and bonfire. There is no charge for this event. Thank you for being a member of Triple H and for supporting Hope Haven!
The traditional Annual Hope Haven Trail Ride will be September 6, at the Trail's End Ranch near Springfield, SD. Horse enthusiasts from Iowa, South Dakota and Minnesota are invited together for a day of fun, fellowship and horses to help raise funds for Hope Haven International Ministries. The charge is $35 for ages 16 and older, and $25 for ages 6-15. You are welcome to camp at the Ranch on Friday or Saturday night on your own, but the only meal that will be provided is a boxed lunch at noon on Saturday. The Trail Ride begins at 9 AM.
We are adding a new trail ride to our schedule of events...RIDE FOR WHEELS. This will be a Springtime trail ride or wagon ride from Hudson, SD to Newton Hills State Park. The purpose of the Ride for Wheels is to raise money to sponsor wheelchairs to be delivered around the globe. To do this, each rider will raise pledges for each mile they ride. The person who raises the most pledges, will win a prize! More information about this Trail Ride will be posted by January 2009.
