Hope Haven International Ministries (HHIM) reaches beyond borders of our nation by extending Christian mercy to people with disabilities throughout the world. This is accomplished by working closely with many relief and development organizations, mission groups and individuals in various countries.

Used and donated wheelchairs are collected from across the continent and brought back to area wheelchair repair shops, staffed by volunteers. The wheelchairs are refurbished to “like new” condition and prepared for shipment overseas.  A pediatric wheelchair, the KidChair, is manufactured new and also prepared for shipment overseas.

The free gift of a wheelchair transforms the lives of individuals, families, and even entire communities. A wheelchair is a luxury that many people in poverty-stricken nations may never see.  HHIM has delivered chairs to over 100 countries, since 1994.

Get involved by donating used/old wheelchairs and mobility devices, attend a distribution trip, volunteer in an area repair shop, or donate to sponsor a wheelchair.
