  • regularly scheduled 36-40 hrs/wk
  • regularly scheduled 30-35 hrs/wk
  • regularly scheduled 20-29 hrs/wk after 2 consecutive years of ½ time services

PAID TIME OFF (PTO)

PTO is available to benefit eligible employees.

Exempt status

  • Beginning through 3 years - 19 days/yr.
  • Increases at 3 years and 5 years

Non-Exempt status

  • Beginning to 1 years  - 11 days/yr
  • After 1 year 14 days/yr
  • Increases at 5 years, 10 years, and 15 years

HOLIDAYS

Immediately full time employees (36-40 hr/wk):

  • 8 paid holidays

Immediately: 20-35 hr/wk:

  • 6 paid holidays

After 2 consecutive years at 20-20 hr/wk:

  • 4 paid holidays
